• The internet can be a risky place for women. If you’re a model on Instagram, for example, there’s a really good chance that random dudes will send you pictures of their dicks all the time.
• Of course, the internet also allows said Instagram models to find the dick pic sender’s friends and family and tell them all about what a jerk he’s being, so sometimes it evens out.

  Emily Sears, an Australian-American model, got sick and tired of men sexually harassing her with pictures of their genitals - at least one or two a day. She told Buzzfeed:

  “It’s just been consistently happening for so long. I became absolutely fed up with these kinds of disturbing and disgusting messages and comments online.”

  So she decided to fight back in the most effective way - forwarding those pictures to the men’s girlfriends. “Terribly sorry to tell u that ur partner is sending pictures of his genitals to models on Instagram,” she texted in one case. “I’m telling you this because I’m a girls girl and I think women need to stick together.”

  This inspired her friend Laura, an LA-based DJ also on Instagram, to use the same tactics.

  "I know if the roles were reversed and it was my boyfriend sending that shit out, I would want to know,” Laura says.

  Needless to say, the offending men usually learned their lesson in a hurry.ؤ
